  Your card on file secures your appointment time. No deposit is collected at the time of booking.

  – If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and considered a No Show.
  – No Call / No Show: The full amount of the scheduled appointment will be charged to the card on file.
  – Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a fee at the discretion of The Esthetic Room.
  – A new appointment can only be scheduled once any outstanding fees have been paid.

• Is there any downtime with Acne treatment?

  There is minimal to no downtime with this treatment. I recommend my clients take the rest of the day off and relax and let their skin fully absorb the benefits of each acne treatment. Your skin may appear slightly flushed due to extraction, peels or HydraFacial treatments, but this fades within 24 to 48 hours after treatment.

• What’s the difference between an acne facial with one area treatment and two areas?

  An acne facial with one area treatment focuses on addressing acne concerns in a single area, such as the face or back. If your acne spans across two areas, like the face and neck, the two areas treatment provides more targeted care, giving both areas the attention they need for optimal results.

This program was designed to cut your full 6-8 month program in half the time. One HomeCare Kit included: Facial Cleanser, Moisturizer and one Active Product . Clients who choose this program to kick off their acne treatment journey have cut their full treatment time by 2 months to 4 months. This program will not fully heal your acne its designed to cut FULL TREATMENT TIME.
