• Booking Policy

  To make an appointment:
  A NONREFUNDABLE Booking Fee will be collected for each appointment.

  Booking Fee Policy/Rebooking Policy
  The Booking Fee will secure your appointment time and will be credited towards your services.
  All booking fees are NONREFUNDABLE:
  – 15 minutes late (appointments will be canceled)
  – No Shows & Last minute cancellation
  – You must pay another booking fee to book another appointment
  Please allow a 24-hour notice for changing appointments.

• Rescheduling Policy

  With a booking fee deposit, everyone will be allowed 1 reschedule. If another reschedule request is done on that same booking fee Appointment request the system will automatically decline the appointment and a new appointment with booking fee will be required. Declined booking fee will be credited to the client’s account and are not transferrable between services or products.

  No! Your lash extensions should feel like your natural lashes before the extensions were added. Application of lash extensions should not cause discomfort, irritation, or premature fallout.

• How long do lash extensions last, and how often should I get a fill?

  Lash extensions typically last 2-3 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare routine. I recommend fills every 2 weeks to maintain fullness.

• How do I take care of my lash extensions?

  Washing your lash extensions with the signed lash wash I recommend every day is a must. Washing away build-up, oils, and dry skin ensures the health of your lash line and creates a clean, natural lash when you arrive for your refill appointment.

• What is the Other Tech’s Work volume refill service?

  This service is designed for clients who have had lash extensions applied by another technician. I provide a corrective refill using my expertise in volume and corrective lashing to enhance your look while ensuring lashes remain healthy and damage-free.

• Who is eligible to book Other Tech’s Work?

  This service is available if the previous lash work is in acceptable condition—with no signs of damage—and at least 50% of your natural lashes remain intact. This ensures that the corrective process can be safely and effectively performed.

• What can I expect from Other Tech’s Work?

  You can expect a meticulous, damage-free approach tailored to restore volume and balance. I focus on correcting and enhancing your lashes for a refined, natural look while maintaining overall lash health, ensuring a seamless transition from previous work to a healthier, enhanced appearance.
