• Booking Policy

  To make an appointment:
  A NONREFUNDABLE Booking Fee will be collected for each appointment.

  Booking Fee Policy/Rebooking Policy
  The Booking Fee will secure your appointment time and will be credited towards your services.
  All booking fees are NONREFUNDABLE:
  – 15 minutes late (appointments will be canceled)
  – No Shows & Last minute cancellation
  – You must pay another booking fee to book another appointment
  Please allow a 24-hour notice for changing appointments.

• Rescheduling Policy

  With a booking fee deposit, everyone will be allowed 1 reschedule. If another reschedule request is done on that same booking fee Appointment request the system will automatically decline the appointment and a new appointment with booking fee will be required. Declined booking fee will be credited to the client’s account and are not transferrable between services or products.

  For the best results, I recommend every 2-3 week for in person treatments.

  Yes, I’ll provide you with a personalized home care plan that complements your in-office treatments. All products are available for purchase the day of your consultation. This ensures your progress continues between visits, and the results are long-lasting.

• Is there any downtime with Acne treatment?

  There is minimal to no downtime with this treatment. I recommend my clients take the rest of the day off and relax and let their skin fully absorb the benefits of each acne treatment. Your skin may appear slightly flushed due to extraction, peels or HydraFacial treatments, but this fades within 24 to 48 hours after treatment.

• What’s the difference between an acne facial with one area treatment and two areas?

  An acne facial with one area treatment focuses on addressing acne concerns in a single area, such as the face or back. If your acne spans across two areas, like the face and neck, the two areas treatment provides more targeted care, giving both areas the attention they need for optimal results.
