To make an appointment:

– If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and considered a No Show.
– No Call / No Show: The full amount of the scheduled appointment will be charged to the card on file.
– Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a fee at the discretion of The Esthetic Room.
– A new appointment can only be scheduled once any outstanding fees have been paid.
